Every purchase in cameconceptstore.com website go with a receipt (or under request invoice) which state detailed prices for every single article. Currency used is Euro.
SHIPPING TIMING
The shipment from our website to Italy will be sent by courier within 3 working days days (Saturday, Sunday and festivities excluded) from payment fulfillment notice.
Articles will be delivered to the address given during purchase. Orders made after 12:00 will be considered as made in the next day from the date of payment. ACQUA CARLOFORTE SRL is not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

€20,00 from 20kg to 30kg
For shipment weight over 30Kg, the cost will be notified to the customer under request (email to: info@cameconceptstore.com)
The customer can pick up the website orders in our physical shops in Cagliari Airport or in Carloforte, after arrangement with our customer service (email to: info@cameconceptstore.com)
For the pre-ordered articles, customers will be notified as soon as the product will be available for purchase with all the details.
TRACKING
As soon as the articles purchased will be shipped, customers will receive an email with a link to package tracking or a tracking code.
PRODUCT RECEPTION & DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Customers must check the package thoroughly at delivery before accepting and signing the receipt. ACQUA CARLOFORTE SRL products are carefully packaged and shows a branded packing tape with the ACQUA CARLOFORTE – CA’ ME’ CONCEPT STORE logo. If the packaging seems tampered or the packing tape damaged/missing, customers are requested to accept the package with “Control Reserves”. In case the delivery was accepted with a unauthorized sign or with signs of tampering, customers are requested to immediately contact ACQUA CARLOFORTE SRL at the mail address: ufficio@cameconceptstore.com
To accept a package with “Control Reserves” write “ACCEPTED WITH CONTROL RESERVES – damaged package” clearly beside your signature
If the package seems seriously damaged, decline the delivery writing “DELIVERY NOT ACCEPTED – damaged package”
If any article inside the package is damaged, please send us a photo showing the damage at: ufficio@cameconceptstore.com
FAILURE TO DELIVER
We recommend precision in providing us your correct address. If for any reason the shipment will not be deliverd, it may be returned to the sender. The return cost will be charged to the customer. The cost of the return will be deducted from the eventual refund.
COMMITMENT ON THE ORDER
All customers who place an order on cameconceptstore.com website establish a commercial relationship with ACQUA CARLOFORTE SRL and undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the Customer refuses to accept the shipment or request the return to the sender, the shipping costs charged to ACQUA CARLOFORTE SRL, will be deducted from any refund of the customer.
